Natalia is an architect, computer scientist, and entrepreneur driven by the belief that technology and design can—and must—reshape the way we live in cities. As Founder and CEO of CHAOS, she leads a mission to transform urban decision-making through data, empathy, and innovation—building cities that are not only smart, but human-centered, equitable, and sustainable.
Her journey has taken her across continents, from international architecture studios to serving on a municipal council in Finland, giving her a global perspective on how societies are built, governed, and evolved. Along the way, she has learned that leadership is not just about strategy—it's about vision, conviction, and the ability to inspire action.
Valedictorian by training, speaker by passion, and systems thinker at heart, she brings together the analytical rigor of computer science with the creativity of architecture. Her work is deeply influenced by the mission-oriented approach of thinkers like Mariana Mazzucato, believing that bold goals, guided by shared purpose, can drive innovation that benefits all.
As CHAOS grows internationally, her focus is on scaling impact—empowering governments, organizations, and citizens to make better, data-informed decisions for the future we all share. Valeri is passionate about extracting and productizing insights from data.
He loves the process of shaping the product based on market needs, exploration and optimization of product-market fit—constantly balancing company vision and customer requests and making sure they align.
As his role requires, he can communicate and work very comfortably with the development team as well as with business stakeholders.
